What to bring to your first appointment

To make your first appointment go smoothly, please bring with you:

The name of your family doctor

A list of medications you are currently taking

Your medical history

Your health insurance booklet and policy information

Office hours

Tue-Fri: 8:30am – 4:30pm

*Sat: 8:00am – 2:30pm

*One Saturday per month

Sun & Mon: Closed

Financial policy

Payment is due on completion of treatment. We accept all major forms of payment. We believe financial barriers shouldn’t stand in the way of your oral health care. We’ve partnered with Health Smart Financial Services to offer flexible financing and payment plans to our patients. You can apply online and get instant approval.

Payment Options

Insurance

We provide direct billing to your insurance provider and we’ll handle your insurance paperwork for you. Please note that you are responsible for the full cost of your treatment, including any amounts not covered by your insurance.

Dental Implants Dental implants are designed to serve as an artificial root for a missing tooth. Cosmetic Dentistry Let us make enhancements to the appearance of your teeth.
